Open an Account

1.For New MISUMI customers

If you would like to open a MISUMI Account, please follow these steps.

Step1:

Read MISUMI's Terms and Conditions then click Agree or Disagree.

Step2:

Download and fill out "Customer Application Form".

Step3:

Send it to the customer service department by E-mail to cs@misumi.com.my or Fax to +603 7960 7499

2. For Existing Misumi Customers

If you are an existing customer of MISUMI South East Asia and would like to request for quotations
and place orders through the website, please choose this option.

Commercial Parts (WOS: Web Ordering System)：

Request quotation online : Available
Management for orders history : Available
Place orders online : Available

Technical Parts (MISUMI product website):

Download 2D/3D CAD data : Available
Save your components list on "My Page" : Available

If you already have a Misumi Account with us and want to use our convenient web ordering system to request for quotation and place orders through the website with your existing Misumi Account, please send us the "WOS Registration Form".

* On the "WOS Registration Form", please assign at least one contact person to manage the administration of the web ordering system ID's.

How to register as WOS Corporate Account (For Existing Misumi Customers):

• Step1:

  Download and fill up "WOS Registration Form".

  

• Step2:

  Send it to the customer service department by E-mail to cs@misumi.com.my or Fax to +603 7960 7499

• Step3:

  Once the document is checked, the registration will proceed and we will send you the WOS Log-in ID's information by e-mail.

2. Use the "e-Catalog" & download CAD data *

For customers who only want to find and configure MISUMI products as well as download free-of-charge CAD Models

e-Catalog is an e-Commerce solution allowing the user to find and configure MISUMI products as well as downloading free-of-charge CAD Models.
You can register your login ID/Password online from here.

Technical Parts (MISUMI product website):

Download 2D/3D CAD data : Available
Save your components list on "Mypage" : Available
