　Brass, SUS316, and aluminum alloy materials have been added to the dimension-free specification type!
Added low-temperature black chrome plating to S45C equivalent and SUS304.

Counterbored metal washers: select by form, grade, material and surface treatment

Metal washers with a counterbored hole, offered as T-dimension selectable, T-dimension configurable, or dimension-configurable models. Standard grade has a T tolerance of ±0.1 and precision grade ±0.01. Material, surface treatment and hardness are fixed by the model code in the table below.

Hardened S45C-equivalent items may fall below 45HRC depending on thickness and length.
Hardened stainless models (WZASH, FWZASH) may discolor during hardening.
WZASH is made of SUS440C or 13Cr stainless steel.
On low-temperature black chrome plating, the bore may be locally thin or untreated.

T-dimension configurable models: V and P by D

Applies to TWZAB, TWZAM, TWZAS, TWZSB, TWZSM and TWZSS. H is configurable from 1.0 to 18.0 and T from 3.0 to 20.0, both in 0.5mm increments, within H+2≤T≤P×8.

FWZASUS is available only for D 10–30.
Precision-grade FWZS types are limited to D 10–60.
Sizes without a listed value are not available.
