Height adjustment screw sets for strut clamps
Mounted below a post clamp, this set lets you adjust height by hand using the screw pitch, with 5 mm of travel. It is ideal for fine (1 or 2 mm) position adjustment of cameras and sensors; heavier objects can be adjusted with a wrench. The double nut locks the setting and acts as a stopper when the post clamp is loosened.

- Set screws are not included.
- g6 or f8 is recommended for the shaft fitted to D1.
Overview and technical notes
- How to use (adjustable range is 5 mm)
① Fit part A under the post clamp to be adjusted.
② Fit part B onto the thread of part A.
③ Turn post clamp mounting part B with a hex wrench or by hand, using the thread pitch to adjust the post clamp to any position (travel 5 mm).
④ Fix the post clamp in position by tightening the bolt.
(A set screw can be used for temporary fixing before ④.)
After ①, fit part C onto the thread of part A.
Part C can be used as a double nut for fixing.
Can be used as a stopper to prevent dropping when the post clamp is loosened.
Application examples
Ideal for customers who want a little fine adjustment in height or a low-cost clamp adjustment mechanism.
Ideal for 1 mm or 2 mm position adjustment of cameras and similar.
For heavy items, a wrench can be inserted and turned.
