Flat Belts with Anti-Meandering Guide: Oil-Resistant Type
Suited to keeping the belt running straight and stable against lateral force. Usable where food oil or machine oil adheres to the belt. Surface: oil-resistant polyurethane, thermoplastic polyurethane, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber; back: polyester, woven polyester fabric, cross-linked polyurethane. Surface shape: flat. Colors: green, white. Belt width: 50–500 mm. Belt circumference: 0.5–20 m.
- Belt width W: 50–500 mm, in 10 mm increments.
- Circumference L: 0.50–20.00 m, in 0.01 m increments, with L ≥ W×4. *3: SOBLGDSN and KOBLGDST start at 0.70 m.
- In the current part-number list, OHBLTDSG, OHBLTDSW, OHBLTDS and OHBLGDSN are listed up to 18.00 m; SOBLGDSN and KOBLGDST are listed 0.70–20.00 m.
- Shipped endless-processed. The circumference is the length of the back side of the belt (inner circumference).
- See the drawing for the guide shape and pulley/idler relief dimensions; SOBLGDSN and KOBLGDST use a separate guide shape.

- *2: The value in parentheses is the minimum pulley diameter when the allowable tension is set to 5 N/mm.
- Ply count is the number of fabric layers in the belt. More layers give higher allowable tension but require a larger minimum pulley diameter.
- See the oil and chemical resistance information for each type.

Usage notes
- Belts with the anti-meandering guide cannot be used with a knife edge.
- Oil-resistant belts cannot be used where oil adheres to the back side.
- Using a pulley smaller than the minimum pulley diameter may cause slipping between the belt and pulley.
- Belt life is difficult to calculate; use visible belt damage or surface wear as the replacement criterion.
- Run the belt in the direction of the arrow printed on the belt body.
