Slot Pins for Inspection Jigs, Straight, Fixed Handle Length
Straight insertion pins for inspection jigs with a fixed handle length. Available with small or large head and with P tolerance 0 / -0.02 or g6.
- Small head: D = 8 ~ 25. Large head: D = 10L ~ 20L, S45C only. The large head helps prevent interference when pins are arranged close together.
- The entire product is hardened (hardened types).
Material, surface treatment and hardness
Small head: D = 8–25, large head: D = 10L–20L.
SUS440C or 13Cr stainless steel has an identification groove on part D.
When P ≤ 3, C0.5.
A relief groove about 1 mm wide (about 0.2 mm deep) may be provided at each step.
The large-head type (D = 10L–20L) is available in S45C only.
The handle and pin may be bonded. They may come apart under heat or strong force.
Unspecified tolerances conform to JIS B 0405 class m, except chamfer tolerances and female thread depth.
