Bushings for Inspection Jigs, Shouldered, Press Fit Type

Press-fit shouldered bushings for inspection jigs. The shoulder allows height adjustment, and the bushing is used together with Straight Slot Pins for Inspection Jigs.

Two configurations: T selectable (T = 2, 3 or 5, T±0.05, H = D + 4) or T and H specified (T 2.0 ~ 5.5 in 0.1 mm increments, T±0.01, H in 1 mm increments).
Two P tolerances for each configuration: P +0.03 / +0.01 or P H7.
P is specified in 0.01 mm increments and L in 1 mm increments.

1 When wall thickness is 2 mm or less {(D-P)/2 ≤ 2}, R is 0.5.

Bore shrinkage on press-fitting is large. Take care when machining the mounting hole.
