This leveling mount is commonly utilized to assemble aluminum extrusions. They provide a wide range of sizes to choose from.

It is used in industrial settings to level the machine on the floor and ensure proper alignment.
Leveling Mounts for Aluminum Extrusions, Space Saving Type
Space-saving leveling mounts for machines built from aluminum extrusions, used to level and align the machine on the floor. When fitted directly to a single-slot aluminum extrusion, the pad stays within the outer dimensions of the frame.
- Types: HNFJN and HNFJR.
- Material: SS400 equivalent. Surface treatment: trivalent chromate.
- The screw shaft rotates.
- Thread: M8 or M12. Screw length A: 20, 30, 50, 80, 100 mm.
- Bottom diameter D: 28, 38, 48, 58 mm, for aluminum extrusion sizes 30, 40, 50, 60.
- Direct mounting requires one tapped hole added to the extrusion end face. The mount cannot be attached directly when the end face has multiple taps.
- A stainless steel type is also available from MISUMI.
