Bushings for Locating Pins, High-Hardness Stainless Steel, Straight
Straight bushings that guide locating pins. Material and outside-diameter tolerance are the main choice; material type, D tolerance class, outside diameter D, bore P, length L and radius R are listed per model.
- JBKZ, JBKMZ, and JBKSZ use high-strength stainless steel rated 55HRC~.
- JBK, JBKM, and JBKS use hardened stainless steel rated 35HRC~.
- JBKX, JBKMX, and JBKSX use SUS316L.
- The p6, m6, and h7 suffix groups let the mounting fit be selected for the installation.
High-strength stainless steel has hardness equivalent to SUS440C-equivalent material at 55HRC~ and greater corrosion resistance than that material. Hardened stainless steel combines 35HRC~ hardness and corrosion resistance. SUS316L is a low-carbon, non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel with greater rust resistance than SUS304.
