Caution
Product Description
A high-load capacity X-axis stage equipped with a reinforced clamp as standard.
X-Axis Crossed Roller Stages, Standard Precision, High Allowable Load (Economy Series)
Standard-precision crossed-roller X-axis stages for high allowable loads, with a reinforced clamp as standard. The adjustment method is the main choice: XSTCG uses lead 0.5, XSTBG uses lead 1.0, and the XSTL micrometer type is limited to A40.
Confirm Type, A, B, travel, E, F, J, K, D, G, T, P, Q, X, d1, d2, and ℓ for the required installation. The B dimension differs for the XSTL micrometer type, so its mounting envelope must be checked separately. The micrometer head has a minimum reading of 10μm/division.
Product notes
The XSTL micrometer type has a different B dimension.
Material: S45C
Surface treatment: electroless nickel plating

Application examples

When the X axis is used vertically with the micrometer head tip facing down, the stage face can slide down under load; ask us about the center, up/down opposite-hand head position. In that case the bracket protrudes below the stage bottom face, so add a relief as shown left or a step.
