Direction of movement
Installation Method

When installing, do not strike the flange of the cam bearing directly with a hammer, as this may cause poor rotation or breakage. Please use a hex wrench or a flathead screwdriver.
Secure the hex socket or screwdriver slot, then use a wrench to tighten the nut.
Bolt tightening torque
When installing the cam bearing follower, do not exceed the maximum tightening torque value of the screw. Otherwise, the threaded part may be damaged.

Product Overview
A cam follower bearing is a shaft-type bearing with needle rollers assembled between a thick-walled outer ring and an inner ring, making it ideal for use on guide rails for conveying.
A cam follower is a high-performance shaft-type bearing with needle-shaped rollers, known as needle rollers, assembled inside. The needle rollers enhance rotational capability and can withstand high-speed rotation. In addition, the outer ring features a thicker wall design compared to standard bearings, making it suitable for applications subject to impact loads or heavy loads.

Seal structure
In non-sealed bearings, the gap between the outer ring and the end rod circumferential area, as well as between the outer ring and the side plate, is small, forming a labyrinth. In sealed bearings, a sealing gasket is installed in the shielded labyrinth section to prevent foreign matter from entering.

Bearings with a spherical outer ring can alleviate uneven loads caused by installation issues. Bearings with an arc-shaped outer ring have a larger contact area with the guide rail, making them suitable for applications with heavy loads or guide rails with low hardness.

Precautions
· If the cam follower drops to the ground or is struck with force, it may be damaged.
· When subjected to impact, even if there is no visible damage, functionality may still be impaired. Please take note.
· Cam followers are suitable for radial loads and are not well suited for thrust loads. Therefore, please avoid using them in applications that apply thrust loads.
· Due to size constraints, some cam followers are not pre-filled with grease.
Please refer to the table below and add an appropriate amount of grease to products that are not pre-filled before use.
Note: The product packaging method has changed from box packaging to bag packaging. During the transition period, mixed shipments may occur, but this does not affect usage.· When subjected to impact, even if there is no visible damage, functionality may still be impaired. Please take note.
