Product of Trims Overview
The product is composed of the solid part and foaming part. During installation and use, the elastic deformation of rubber in the foaming part produces an effective sealing effect, keeping it waterproof and dustproof, thus ensuring production safety on the site.
This Trims product can be used in combination with sheet metal parts having common sheet thicknesses in the market. We provide multiple options of different dimensions and specifications to suit the thickness of sheet metal parts. The customer can choose a proper model according to actual needs.
Product of Trims Features
・The product body is made of EPDM material in the solid part with rubber content of around 30%, and embedded with steel sheets, greatly enhancing its clamping force to sheet metal parts.
・The foaming part of the product is divided into the X type and Y type according to the foaming position. The rubber foaming of the rubber sealing mold is even, contributing to excellent elastic deformation and good sealing performance.

Trims Precautions
・In actual use, you can cut them to different lengths according to actual needs.
* As there are steel sheets arranged inside, make sure to find gaps between the steel sheets, then cut the rubber strips with ordinary scissors or blades at the gaps.
