Caution
- See here for related information such as technical information on cleaning effects and other cleaned product lineups.
- [Specification Change] The engraving and packaging of stainless steel products will be changed sequentially starting in June 2025. Please see here for details. Products before and after the change may be mixed in the same shipment, but there are no problems with use.
- Cleaning also removes rust prevention oil, which may make the product more susceptible to rusting than an uncleaned product.
Please be careful about the application location and storage environment.
Product Description
Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

■Bearing Nuts and Tooth Lock Washers
·These 2 items are common parts for securing bearings.
·Nut loosening can be prevented by machining a vertical groove (Keyway) on the thread of a rotary shaft, and by tightening the nut and the shaft with the tooth lock washer.
[Mounting Procedure]
(1) Assemble a bearing onto a rotary shaft.
(2) Fit the tooth lock washer tab (S2) in the groove of the rotary shaft (a).
(3) Tighten the bearing nut.
(4) Fold the tooth lock washer tab (S1) to fit the groove of the bearing nut (S).
