Product Description

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

Z bent type sheet metal bracket selectable from steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. General purpose hole patterns are available. Dimension configurable.

If the parameter setting is omitted, the holes will be evenly distributed about the center.

■Specifications, Machining Limits
[ ! ] 1. Burr height 0.1 or less
[ ! ] 2. Bend angle tolerance ±1°
[!] 3. Slotted holes may be shaped as shown below depending on dimensions. (The function as a mounting hole is not affected.)

[ ! ] 4. There will be some scratches due to sheet metal brake and bulges due to bending.
The bending r value is approx. the same as the plate thickness.
[!] 5. There are machining limits on b, f, g and h shown in below diagram.
