Straight holes are cut diagonally so that long threaded screws can be tightened quickly. Also, although the products are manufactured to be shallower than normal screw threads
, there is no problem with the specifications. See the dimensional drawing and the specification table for details.
Pull the quick-lock nut vertically before tightening.
Tighten the quick-lock nut in contact with the bottom surface. Please note that it cannot be fixed in any desired position.

Product Description

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

■Features and Precautions for Use

● Long threaded screws can be tightened quickly.
● Use at the reference tightening torque or less to avoid over tightening.
● Move the nut to the tightening position after inserting a screw into the straight hole.
Then rotate the knob perpendicular to the screw and tighten it.
● Tightening strength is not adequate if the thread length of a screw (*) is shorter than the nut's H dimension.
Design the thread length of a screw (*) to be larger than the H dimension.
● The products are manufactured to be slightly shallower than normal screw threads.
