Product overview
Hollow roller suitable for the transportation and sliding of various workpieces. You can choose only the core material, or select products with a urethane layer sintered on the surface.
Product feature
Feature 1: The core material uses drawn profile, achieving lightweight while better controlling the price.
Feature 2: Urethane sintered products, based on excellent mechanical strength, are widely used to prevent scratches and cracks on fragile items such as glass and acrylic during tight transportation.
Feature 3: Urethane is sintered onto the surface of the core material, providing higher polyurethane adhesion compared to press-fit bonded products, making it more suitable for usage scenarios with heavy axial load.
Feature 3: Urethane sintering type products are not prone to transmitting vibration and sound.
Feature 4: Urethane has a low dust emission property. In addition, since it does not contain carbon, it is a material that is not likely to cause color transfer. (*Natural color only)
Feature 5: Various hardness options are available depending on the usage scenario.

Only Shore A50 to 95 hardness is included in this series product

Mechanism name: Washer air bubble extrusion fixture
Mechanism function:
Clamp the attached washer with a rubber roller to remove air bubbles.
Function of urethane tube:
Use a urethane piping roller to clamp and rotate, pressing the workpiece (attached washer). Because the surface is sintered with urethane, it can leave scratches on the surface of the workpiece while achieving workpiece displacement and air bubble extrusion and removal.

(3) Regarding the discoloration of urethane
Urethane may darken in color by absorbing ultraviolet rays or light, a phenomenon known as yellowing. However, this does not affect its physical property. Please understand this when using the product.
(4) Urethane hydrolysis characteristics
If urethane is used for an extended period in environments containing moisture or humidity, hydrolysis will occur and cause deterioration.
In regions with high humidity, it is recommended to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and operating environment to extend the product's service life.
(6) Urethane dimension change
The dimensions of urethane will change with the surrounding temperature, but the amount of change is small, and it will return to its original size after being left at room temperature for several hours.
