Polyurethane is thermally bonded to the metal core.
Polyurethane may discolor over time but there is no effect on properties.
Features of ether-based polyurethane: It excels in repeat use and shock-absorbing properties, andcan be used for applications such as mechanical stoppers.
Ester-based polyurethane: Its features are similar to those of ether-based polyurethane, but with better abrasionresistance. However, do not use it in high humidity or in water. This will cause hydrolysis of Polyurethane.Specification Table

Product Features
Feature 1: Polyurethane maintains excellent mechanical strength while providing elasticity. When clamping workpieces with relatively soft surfaces, it is less likely to leave indentations or even damage the surface of the workpiece.
Feature 2: Polyurethane is sintered onto the surface of the metal core, which provides higher polyurethane adhesion compared to press-fit or bonded products, making it more suitable for use scenarios with more complex force directions.
Feature 3: Urethane sintered products are less likely to transmit vibration and sound.
Feature 4: Polyurethane has low dust generation, and since it does not contain carbon, it is a material that is not prone to color transfer. (*Natural color only)
Feature 5: Multiple hardness options available for different usage scenarios.
Permissible hardness range: ±5
This series only includes Shore A hardness 30, 50, 70, 90

(1) When using ester-based polyurethane, please do not use it in high humidity or in water. This results in hydrolysis of urethane.
(2) About urethane discoloring
Urethane will darken its color by absorbing UV rays or illuminating light. This phenomenon is called yellowing. But it does not affect its physical properties, please fully understand when using it.
(3) Hydrolysis characteristics of urethane
If urethane is used for a long time in a moist or humid environment, it will be hydrolyzed and deteriorated.
It is recommended to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and operating environment in areas with high humidity to extend the service life of the product.

(4) Changes in Product Condition After Hydrolysis
· Polyurethane surface becomes sticky
· Irreversible marks are left when pressed lightly with a fingernail
· Polyurethane hardness decreases
· Polyurethane dries and cracks, easily disintegrating into powder

(5) Urethane dimension change
Urethane dimension will change with the surrounding temperature, but the amount of change is not large, and it can be restored to its original dimension after a few hours at room temperature.
