When selecting the 1H type, the F dimension must satisfy: d (d1)/2 + 2.5 ≤ F ≤ A - d (d1)/2 - 2.5. When selecting the 2H or 4H type, it must satisfy: d (d1) + 5 ≤ F ≤ A - d (d1) - 5. When selecting the 3H or 6H type, it must satisfy: d (d1) + 5 ≤ F ≤ A/2 - d (d1)/2 - 2.5.
When selecting types 1H, 2H, or 3H, the specified range for G dimension must satisfy: d (d1)/2+2.5 ≤ G ≤ B-d (d1)/2-2.5. When selecting types 4H or 6H, it must satisfy d (d1)+5 ≤ G ≤ B-d (d1)-5. (When d is selected as through hole, and d1 is selected as counterbore)

Feature 1: Polyurethane offers a wider range of hardness options compared to rubber, is softer and more elastic, and also has a certain degree of airtightness.
Feature 2: Urethane has excellent mechanical strength and is more widely used to prevent scars and cracks when brittle objects such as glass and acrylic are fastened.
Feature 3: Not easily transmits vibration or sound, and when used with fastening screws, it can provide a certain degree of cushioning effect during fastening.
Feature 4: Polyurethane has low dust generation, and since it does not contain carbon, it is a material that is not prone to color transfer. (*Natural color only)
Feature 5: A wide variety of products are available to suit different operating conditions.

Precautions
(1) For T4 or higher products with adhesive, the adhesive tape may peel off due to its own weight. Please use for temporary fixing, or use together with bolt fixing.
(2) MISUMI's Shore A: Used for the hardness of polyurethane and rubber materials. Values measured with the Type A Durometer rebound hardness tester according to the new JIS standard K6253 are indicated as "Shore A70". The higher the value, the greater the hardness.
(3) Polyurethane will yellow over time, but its properties will not change.
