Caution

Cleaning also removes rust prevention oil, which may make the product more susceptible to rusting than an uncleaned product.
Please be careful about the application location and storage environment.

Product Description

Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

■ Part Number for Clean & Pack Products

· Degreasing (Anti-rust single packing)	: Part Number SL-□□
· Precision cleaning (Degassing double packing)	: Part Number SH-□□
· Electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning (Degassing double packing)	: Part Number SHD-□□

Specifications / Overview

～For customers who are considering the hole staggered type (HBLSD8-P)～
For fastening the mating sides of aluminum extrusions.
MISUMI's first thin bracket with staggered screw mounting holes

* The following explanation is about the hole-staggered bracket "HBLSD8-P."

Do you have the following issues?

Issue 1	I want to design with a configuration where the 1 slot extrusions are parallel to each other and at a 90-degree angle.
Issue 2	When fastening 2 slots and 1 slot extrusions at a 90-degree angle in parallel, there was a concern that the only way to fasten them was to use a sheet metal plate on the back.
Issue 3	I want to fasten the sides of the extrusions economically and compactly

These issues are solved with Thin Brackets Hole Position Alteration Type.

Solution

Since the screws do not interfere with each other, each of the bracket side faces can be easily assembled vertically with the mating extrusion side face through the extrusion slot.

Solution

Low-cost. Furthermore, the space in the installation area has been saved due to thin brackets.

Customers’ Opinions

The options for fastening methods have expanded.

The price is cheaper than similar products from other manufacturers, so I would like to purchase it again.

We are satisfied with the thin design, which allows us to fasten clearly.
