[Clean & Pack]Hex Plastic Bolt PVDF

Brand :
MISUMI
Caution
- There is no discoloration or dimensional change due to cleaning.
Product Description
Two types of cleaning methods are available: "degreasing" and "precision cleaning." They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

[Cautions]
· Sometimes black spots on the surface may be seen, which does not affect its performance.
· Please use in combination with a nut made of the same material as the deviation in pitch of the screw will occur during molding.
· If a nut is not used, the fitting with the tapped screw should be 20 mm or less.
·The remaining gate at the tip of the screw is 5% or less of L.
·Use a torque driver and torque wrench for tightening. The recommended tightening torque is 50% of the breakage torque value in use.
· Heat and chemical resistances vary depending on the condition of use. Be sure to test the product before use under expected application conditions.
· The color may change depending on production lot and other conditions.
