Product Overview
It supports and fixes the bearing of the load carrying shaft. The bearing can be accurately and conveniently assembled onto the mechanism using the holder.

When delivered, the radial bearing unit is not assembled into the housing body
Please secure the outer ring of the radial bearing unit with a dedicated cover plate, and fasten the inner ring with a bearing locknut or similar before use
There is an approximately 1 mm gap on both the left and right sides of the housing on the deep groove ball bearing side, so the inner ring can be fixed without adjusting the length of the inner ring spacer
The deep groove ball bearing side (5) comes with a standard cover plate
For the radial side (6), you can choose one from the N standard cover plate, S oil seal cover plate, or R O-ring cover plate
The oil seal cover plate and O-ring cover plate do not include the shaft collar (7)

Product Features

Feature 3: The three-bearing type bearing housing assembly is very convenient for cantilever support.
Feature 4: The bearing housing assembly has high perpendicularity and coaxiality, making precise positioning during installation easier.
Feature 5: The outer ring fixed type of the radial bearing housing assembly is equipped with an outer ring fixing cover as standard, which prevents the bearing outer ring from moving in the thrust direction.

| The retaining ring in the bearing housing set with retaining ring cannot be fastened axially, and it only plays a role in preventing the bearing from falling off. If you need to tighten the bearing axially, it is recommended to use a retaining ring, nut, etc. When choosing a fixing ring, nut, etc. for axial tightening, please take care to avoid the retaining ring.
