This simple adjustment unit is a manually positioned fine adjustment stage, with both the guide section and the feed section utilizing simple mechanisms.
It can be flexibly applied for fine adjustments in applications that do not require high precision, such as jigs, tools, cameras, sensors, nozzles, and conveyor width.
This simple adjustment component uses a feed screw drive and features a larger diameter guide shaft, which enhances its load-bearing performance.
The locking mechanism directly secures the guide shaft by means of a slot, providing greater support compared to using a set screw to fasten the feed screw shaft.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, achieving a lightweight design.
