■ Travel Distance
The dimensions in the catalog drawings represent the state when the stroke is 0 mm. Based on this as the reference, the distance moved to the left (up) or right (down) is the travel distance. Movement to the left (up) is positive, and movement to the right (down) is negative.
■ Load Capacity
Refers to the force that the slide table can withstand when the workpiece's center of gravity is located at the center of the slide table, measured in N. If used beyond the load capacity, the slide table may not operate smoothly or may become stuck.
For the load capacity during horizontal and vertical installation, please refer to the values for "Horizontal" and "Vertical" respectively. When installing the linear motion slide table vertically or upside down, the accuracy may be less than the values indicated in the product catalog. Please take note.

Usage Method
■ Installation method for horizontal manual components
Please use this product with the back of the profile placed entirely on a horizontal surface.
To ensure sufficient overall strength to withstand loads and torque, please make sure that the profile’s counterbore or the mounting bracket for securing is properly fixed.
Do not suspend or mount the horizontal manual component on a wall.

■Utilization of frame slots
M6 nut slots are provided on the sides and bottom. Nuts can be inserted from either the handwheel side or the opposite side, allowing bolts or parts such as adjustable feet to be secured.

Please use this product with the back of the profile placed entirely on a horizontal surface.
To ensure sufficient overall strength to withstand loads and torque, please make sure that the profile’s counterbore or the mounting bracket for securing is properly fixed.
Do not suspend or mount the horizontal manual component on a wall.

(2) If a worktable is added, the stroke will change depending on the mounting position of the worktable.
■Maintenance
(1) Lithium soap-based grease is injected into the linear guide block, and grease should typically be replenished about every three months.
(2) The trapezoidal screw also needs to be regularly lubricated with grease.
■Other
(1) This product cannot be used in environments with vibration or impact.
(2) In cases where the customer modifies or replaces parts themselves, such situations are not covered by the quality guarantee.
(3) When carrying this component by hand, do not hold the handwheel; do not forcibly turn the handwheel while the locking handle is tightened.
