Product Description
BLDC Standard - Parallel Gearhead & Right Angle launched as MISUMI Economy series
Product Overview
- BLDC Standard series have 25 30-750W launched as MISUMI Economy series【Usage】
- BLDC do not use mechanical parts like brushes and commutators, Instead, they operate using Hall sensor signals and transistor switching, making them maintenance-free.
【Product Features】
- BLDC motors are maintenance-free because they use Hall sensor signals and transistor switching instead of brushes.
- Provide highly stable speed control (±1%), automatically adjusting to load changes while maintaining accuracy. They also offer a wide speed range, operating effectively from low to high speeds (80~3000 rpm)
- Save energy by using a permanent magnet rotor, reducing losses and lowering power consumption by about 23%.
- Deliver high torque at low speeds, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
- Have a compact design with high power output thanks to permanent magnets, offering better space efficiency and higher performance than 3-phase induction motors.
- Include built-in protection features such as overcurrent, undervoltage, and open-phase protection to ensure safe operation. Protect level IP 40 & IP 54
| Motor Type | Gearhead Type | Type | Applications | Features | Output Range | Controller | |
| BLDC - High Torque Motor | Parallel & Solid Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GK | Where space is available and high power (torque) is required. | High allowable torque and superior load capacity (e.g., 10N.m) | 15W-400W | LINK | Series C41 |
| Parallel (L Type) & Hollow Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GKL | Where there is plenty of space, standard power, and the output shaft is constantly rotating in reverse. | Standard type with slightly lower allowable torque than K2 (e.g., 5N.m). | 15W-400W | |||
| Right Angle & Hollow Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GKR | To save installation space or want to mount directly on the axis of the device (hollow shaft). | Space-saving design; available in Hollow Shaft or Solid Shaft types. | 40W-400W | |||
| BLDC - High Efficiency Motor | Parallel & Solid Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GV | General-purpose use requiring wide speed options | Parallel shaft reducer. Widest range: 5 to 360 | 30W-750W | Series C20 Series C40 | |
| Parallel (L Type) & Hollow Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GS | Machinery with tight space constraints; allows perpendicular mounting. | Right-angle gearbox with hollow shaft structure. Special design with a right-angle hollow shaft helps optimize space | 30W - 400W | |||
| Right Angle & Hollow Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-220-GSL | Heavy-duty applications demanding high power in a parallel configuration. | Parallel shaft reducer. IP20 (Standard rating, lower than S/SF). | 100W-1100W | |||
| BLDC - Standard Motor | Without Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-A | Used when speed reduction is not required (No gear head) | Only the motor body. The output shaft is either a smooth round shaft or a keyed shaft | 15W-400W | Series C10 Series C20 | |
| Parallel Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-GN/GU | It is the most common type, used in conveyors and automation systems that require direct transmission and basic load capacity. | The motor comes with a pre-mounted square gearbox, with the output shaft parallel to the motor shaft. The GU series is typically more robust and uses bearings. | 15W-1000W | |||
| Parallel (L Type) Gearhead | EA-BLD⃞-GNL/GUL | Useful in confined spaces where a 90° transmission angle is needed to save space. The hollow shaft allows easy direct mounting onto the machine shaft. | The gearbox is designed in an L-shape, with the output shaft at a 90° angle to the motor body. It often features a hollow shaft (designation LC) | 15W-750W | |||
