·The unique chip gullet shape enables groove cutting with a depth of cut equivalent to that of a 2-flute cutting tool
·This product has an intermediate flute length between TSC-HEM4S (short flute length) and TSC-HEM4R (regular flute length), so it is called "SR flute length."
·Compared to 30° helix angle square end mills, both rotation and feed are more than twice as fast
·The 45° helix angle makes it ideal for high-speed machining compared to general-purpose 30° helix angle
·It has coating with high oxidation resistance and high hardness, and achieves a long service lifespan. Effective in high-speed machining and dry machining as coating properties

● It has a new TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
● The product is considered to have "SR blade length" as the blade length is between that of TSC-HEM4S (short blade length) and TSC-HEM4R (regular blade length).
● Compared to 30° twisted square end mills, both rotation and feed capacity are more than double for higher speed machining.
