Caution
Product Description
Ziegler is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW) with an average molecular weight of 3 million (optical dispersion method) units or more made of olefinic plastic by the low pressure method.
[Features]
・ It has a lower wear rate than other synthetic resins and brass, bronze, copper, etc.
・ Abrasion resistance 7 times that of steel, 4 times that of cast nylon, and 16 times that of polyacetal
・ Very low wear coefficient, lower than when metal is oil-lubricated
・ Does not crack or chip
・ Not destroyed even at ultra-low temperatures
・-100℃~+80℃
・ Suitable for low temperature conditions such as cold regions
・ Very stable to acids and alkalis
・ Water absorption is close to "0", and there is no swelling or dimensional change due to water absorption
・ It is a physiologically harmless resin approved by the Food Sanitation Act of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan
