[Features]
· The piezoelectric part feeder uses a piezoelectric element made from fine ceramic, with lead titanate and lead zirconate as its main components, as its drive source.
· This is an innovative part feeder that uses direct drive based on the piezoelectric effect (Piezo Effect), in which strain is generated by applying voltage, to convey parts through vibration.
· This is a vibration machine suitable for a wide range of applications, and various bowls can be mounted in any position using either a center lock or an outer circumference lock.
· Bowls other than the standard type can also be mounted by processing the mounting holes in the top plate.
· The drive unit does not use a coil or iron core, making it extremely simple both electrically and mechanically, and it excels in durability.
