Product Description
A mount that prevents the vibration, shock and noise of machine or equipment.
[Features]
·Through use of high damping rubber, damping performance is added to the conventional anti-vibration performance.
·Superior vibration resistance.
·Uses special rubber that does not dirty the floor.
·Prevents movement of machine due to vibration, permitting layouts to be further changed depending on the environment.
[Applications]
·For anti-vibration of machine tools such as injection machines and presses etc.

Product Specifications
- Anti-vibration rubber: HDR series rubber.
- Bearing plate: SPHC, SS400.
- Housing: SPCC yellow (melamine baked coating).
- Bolts: SS400 bright chromate plating.
When installing on an inclined surface (allowable gradient: 3°), level at 50% or less of the maximum adjustment amount.
(The level of MY-19* cannot be increased when installed at an angle. Please use it for fine adjustment after jacking up.)
Features
Because the slight unevenness on the rubber and the floor surface engages each other, machine does not move due to vibration.
Cannot be easily moved because base bolting work is required.
Turn a nut wrench.
Can be installed according to the slope of the floor (±3°)

Behind-the-scene story of the development
The Hi-Mount Series are the first product lineup that the Industrial Products Division of Kurashiki Kako launched into the market, and is a stepping stone to expand into the fields of industrial equipment as well as automobile parts.
After that, the manufacturer has made many improvements to develop the products and produced the current types M and LM.
