Operating vacuum pressure: -100 kPa
Operating temperature range: -65 to +260°C (no freezing)

- *1 When using water or other liquids, make sure the surge pressure stays below the maximum operating pressure.
- *2 Tap water of the standard equivalent to the water supply in Japan can be used. Please inquire if you want to use other kinds of water.
- *3 Be sure to use an insert ring when connecting to a one-touch fitting using water or other liquids.
- *4 Please contact the manufacturer concerning use of this product with chemicals.
- *5 The maximum operating pressure is the value at 20°C 65% RH. When using the product at other temperatures, maintain a sufficient margin of safety from the burst pressure curve.
