· Ideal for lines that cannot use grease or oil such as liquid crystal, liquids used in semiconductor related processes, carrier gas regulation in clean circuits, blow pressure regulation, clean air and gas pressure regulation, and food related processes that require corrosion resistant materials.
· Equipped with push-lock mechanism on the pressure regulation handle.
· The area that contacts gas is made from SUS316 and fluoroplastic or fluoropolymer rubber.
