HITRUN hoses always use dedicated fittings (RAKURAKU JOINT). If other fittings are used, there is a risk of outer sheath breakage, leakage, or fitting disconnection, etc., and is not guaranteed.

Cautions/prohibitions
1. The operating fluid used is dedicated for air. Do not use the hose for any other purpose.
* Do not use it for fuel oil (heavy oil, light oil, kerosene, gasoline, etc.) or solvents.
2. Do not use it for drinking or food.
3. It is expected that the compounding agent, etc., may be extracted or eluted from the hose depending on the conditions of use, so check the usage conditions and the effect on the product before use.
4. Use the hose within the operating temperature range.
5. Use the hose within the working pressure range.
6. This hose should be used with a minimum bending radius or greater. If used below the minimum bending radius, the hose may bend, or the pressure resistance may decrease.
7. Do not directly touch or approach open flames.
8. When cutting the hose, make sure to cut it so that the end face is vertical. If it is not vertical, leakage or disconnection may occur.
9. Use a hose nipple suitable for the hose size. Do not use nipples with scratches or rust on their surface.
10. Using Toyox's dedicated products for hose fittings and hose clamps is recommended. If dedicated Toyox products are not used, air may leak or metal brackets may come off. Retighten the hose clamp appropriately.
Distortion of the resin in the clamp-tightening area may cause air leakage or hose disconnection. Do not over-tighten steel wires, etc., as that may cut the inner and outer surfaces of
the hose and cause the hose to burst.
11. Do not use one-push metal fittings for tubes. It may cause the hose to burst.
12. The lifespan of the hose is greatly susceptible to the physical properties of the fluid, temperature, flow rate, frequency of pressurization and depressurization.
If any of the following abnormalities or signs of abnormalities are found during pre-startup or periodic inspections, stop using the product immediately and have it repaired or replaced with a new hose.
·Abnormality near the metal fittings:: Local stretching, curvature, leaks, blisters, shallow insertion into nipples
·Presence or absence of damage:::: Large scratches and cracks on the outer surface, and immersion into the reinforcement layer
·Internal abnormalities:::: Internal blistering and peeling/abrasion (Exposure of hose reinforcements)
*If there is an abnormality on the inner or outer surface, flakes from the hose or pieces of the reinforcing material may be mixed in the fluid.
·If there are other significant changes (hardening, swelling, cracking, blistering, etc.)
13. Do not store outdoors or in direct sunlight. This may cause quality deterioration such as stickiness and cracks on the hose surface.
Store in a well-ventilated place with low humidity. Do not allow contaminants or dust to enter the hose.
14. Do not incinerate. Burning the product may damage the incinerator or produce gas harmful to the human body. Please handle it as industrial waste.
15. When disposing the product, follow the separate disposal procedures of each region.
