Product Description
Quick connect fitting whose lock claw evenly grips the circumference of the tube.

How To Attach And Detach The Connecting Part
1. How to attach/detach the tube
The tube fitting (quick connect fitting) has a lock claw that secures the tube by simply inserting it to the tube stop, and an elastic sleeve that seals the circumference of the tube.
To remove the tube, push the release ring to open the lock claws and remove the tube. Be sure to stop the air before removing the tube.
2. Screw Tightening Method
There are two types of screw tightening: one that tightens the hexagonal outer diameter with a wrench or impact wrench, and one that tightens the hexagonal inner diameter with a hex key (a small space between fittings can be taken).

After installation, the extraction angle of the resin main body can be changed.

The triple type (PKD, PKG, PKJ) and triple double type (PKVD, PKVG) allow for compact centralized piping.
Clean washing design ideal for various particle- and oil-averse production processes is available. (Optional setting for cleanroom packaging specification) The product is vacuum sealed after ultrasonic vacuum cleaning with HFE (hydrofluoroether) in a cleanroom.

Release ring pressed
When you press the release ring, the lock claws tilt and become hidden.
Normal state
The lock claws grip the outer circumference of the tube evenly. You may feel that attachment and removal are almost the same as the initial state.
When you release your finger from the release ring, you can see the fine lock claws.
