Advanced solenoid valve system can be freely configured
- The 030 series, which emphasizes space saving and cost performance, is based on highly reliable basic functions, and can be freely configured with a wide variety of options, made-to-order products, and an advanced solenoid valve system that makes use of additional parts.
- The solenoid, which is powerful and has a good reputation for low current (example: 36 mA at 100 V AC start-up), is equipped with a varistor for AC and a flywheel diode for DC as standard equipment. Reliable surge resistant design.
- 29 L/min (ANR) Achieves a flow rate at a supply pressure of 0.5 MPa. Flexible expandability and rationality that cover everything from single / direct piping to multiple manifolds are also major features.
- Easy to put on and take off and secure plug connector (optional).
- Two types, straight and L-shaped, are available, both with LED indicators that make it easy to check the operation.
- DIN type connectors and 1,000 mm and 3,000 mm leads can also be made to order.
- Non-lock type manual button with maintenance/ adjustment as standard. A protruding locking manual button (optional) for fingertip operation is also available.
- Since the mounting valve is the same as for a single unit, it can economically respond quickly to changes such as system upgrades and changes in the number of stations.
- If it is only 2-3 ports up to 10 stations, a compact T shape. A rational and detailed selection is possible with the F type for up to 10 stations with a mixture of 2, 3, and 5 ports, and the F01 type with Rc1/8 specification piping ports for 11 or more stations.

How to find the cylinder speed
When calculating the time required for 1 stroke of the cylinder, add it to the cylinder delay time (the delay time from when the solenoid valve is energized to when the cylinder starts to move) t1 at the time t2 of the maximum speed part. If there is a cushion, add the time t3 of the cushion part. Generally, ta should be about 0.2 seconds.
