Product Description
The nut and shaft are sold separately. Use together with THK nuts and shafts (DPM, DP, SS). The shaft is cut with no surface treatment.
[Features]
· The spline nut DPM type / DP type is a low-priced bearing where a special alloy has been die cut with a high precision splint shaft as the core.
· Differs from conventional machine processed units, and has excellent abrasion resistance due to there still being the same chill layers that were formed on the sliding surface during the casting process.
· The spline shaft used in combination with this can be roll-pressed to machine harden the surface, and provide the surface with a mirror surface finish, to achieve smooth sliding.
· The spline cog has a special design with a large contact area and has concentricity that can automatically determine core when torque is incurred, so the torque...

Note: The dynamic allowable torque (T) indicates the torque when the contact surface pressure on the tooth surface of the spline reaches 9.8 N/mm2.
Rotational direction clearance: a ≤ 20′ MAX
When installing multiple spline nuts on a single shaft, the mounting hole position of the flange and the keyway position of each spline nut may be slightly misaligned.
Please avoid specifications where multiple spline nuts are installed in a single housing.

Fitting
A clearance fit is recommended for the fitting between the outer diameter of the spline nut and the housing.
Housing inner diameter tolerance: G7
Mounting
About chamfering the mouth of the housing
The corner at the base of the spline nut flange has an R shape to increase strength. Therefore,
please provide a chamfer at the mouth of the housing inner diameter.
