It is a compact type indexing plunger.
[Features]
·Comes with a lock mechanism.
·Pull the knob and rotate it 30° to lock the pin retracted.
·The lock is released by pulling the knob out slightly and turning it 30°.
·The built-in spring returns the pin to its original position.
·The locking mechanism is built into the knob.
·The total length L is the same as PHX and PHXS without a lock mechanism.
·The knobs of PHY-RD and PHYS-RD are red.
·This makes the knob stand out, so it can be used to clarify operation location and work procedures.
·The pins are nickel-plated and have excellent abrasion resistance.
[Applications]
·Workpiece positioning application.

Mounting Method
- The knob and main body are hexagonally engaged. Please turn the knob to fix it.
- For stable mounting, fix it by the following method according to the thickness X of the mounting part.
If X < L1.
Fixed with Collar PXCS for Indexing Plunger.
When X = L1.
Use the loosening prevention service.
