Product Description
- NBK SCS-F series offers clamping screws of the flat ball type.
- The workpiece is in contact with a flat ball surface, preventing scratches.
- The ball rotates flexibly and provides secure clamping, even when the mating part is tilted.
- These screws are suitable for tool holder set screws, pressure pieces, and stoppers.
- The main body of the clamping ball screw is constructed from SCM435 with a Ferrosoferric Oxide Film (Black) coating.
- The ball of the clamping screw is made of SUJ2 and has a hardness of 55-60 HRC.
- The screw is available in seven sizes: M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, or M16.
