Lightweight, compact, 2- /3-port direct acting electromagnetic vacuum valve.

·NC (normally closed) / NO (normally open) shared 2- / 3-port valve that is not restricted by piping port position and flow direction

For positive pressure, stable switching from low pressure to high pressure (0 to 0.7 MPa) is possible.
It can also be used as a selector valve (2-pressure switching valve) or divider valve (distribution valve).
