PEEK is a thermoplastic super-engineered plastic with excellent physical and chemical characteristics, as well as excellent chemical resistance. Remains virtually unaffected by chemicals other than concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and concentrated hydrogen fluoride. Offers excellent heat and water resistance, and also maintains its strength at high temperatures. Boasts excellent abrasion, shock, and fatigue resistance.
