Features Of This Product

Image of tip of jaw
- This cam lever type clamp is able to quickly clamp with a single action.
- The light load type always maintains a constant clamping force thanks to its built-in spring.
- The standard type has a lever to adjust the clamping force to the load.
- The polished finish at the tip of the jaw allows clamping of finished surfaces.
- When clamping, the force from the jaw works in a downwards direction, preventing the workpiece from lifting off the table.
Usage Examples For This Product

Standard Type
When the cam lever is turned, the jaw performs a stroke and clamps the workpiece. Refer to the capability chart for the clamping force.

Light Load Type
Turn the lever to the clamping position to clamp the workpiece. A constant clamping force is maintained.

Changing the lever position
The lever's direction can be modified up, down, left or right (by 90°) using the stop screw with hex socket head.
How To Mount This Product
When mounting the light load type, follow the procedure below to obtain a constant clamping force within the clamp stroke.

1. Set the lever to the clamp start position.

2. Apply the jaw to the workpiece.

3. Use the bolt with hex socket head to secure the main body. Turn the lever to the clamping position to clamp the workpiece.
