Product Description
Threaded fitting developed for the purpose of supporting low-pressure stainless steel pipes with superior corrosion resistance.
[Features]
· Lost-wax manufacturing method (precision casting) and heat treatment maintain high dimensional accuracy and uniform, stable quality in the internal structure.
· The casting surface is more beautiful than the conventional manufacturing method (shell casting method), and the size and marks are clearer.
· Stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance is used as the material, and it is based on JIS standards, so you can rest assured.
[Applications]
· Threaded fitting used to bend piping at 90°
· Made of stainless steel (SCS13), offering excellent corrosion resistance and suitable for a wide range of uses
· Piping for pulp, petrochemical, chemical industry machinery, pollution control equipment, electric power, textiles, food, medicine, shipbuilding, vehicles, housing, water treatment, water supply and sewerage, semiconductor, etc.

Note
1. Number of threads tightened up to the position of the gauge diameter.
2. Number of threads tightened from the position of the gauge diameter.
3. Nominal dimension of 3B is for pipe wrenches, and 4B is for chain pipe wrenches.
Cautions and Prohibitions
- Be sure to use a liquid sealant for stainless steel.
- Forcibly screwing it in may cause galling or seizure at the joints, resulting in leaks.
- Once screwed in, adjusting the pipe angle in the direction of loosening will cause leakage, so avoid doing so.
If it is unavoidable to unscrew it, do so within 45°.
In addition, never unscrew the screw after the liquid sealant has hardened. - When re-applying, please remove the sealant and apply a new sealant.
- After completing the piping, be sure to perform a leak testing to confirm that there are no leaks.
