Product features details
- Due to the laminated structure, it has excellent flexibility and workability compared to the conventional fluorine single layer hose
- Due to the spring structure, it is not easily crushed and has excellent bending retention.
- Since the inner layer is ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE), it has excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to most chemicals. Resistant to solvents such as ketones.
- Since it has a spring structure, vacuum (suction) can also be used. The spring wire is a stainless steel wire that does not easily rust. Uses non-PVC material.
- Since the inner surface has non-adhesiveness and water repellency peculiar tofluoropolymer, fluid does not easily remain and cleaning can be performed easily.
- Since the fluoropolymer in the inner layer contains almost no impurities, there is almost no elution, making it ideal for transporting food, beverages, chemicals, etc.
- The fluoropolymer in the inner layer is non-toxic and compliant with the Food Sanitation Act of Japan standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan Notification No. 370, 1959).
- Due to the laminated structure, the cost is lower than that of the conventional fluorine tube.
- Excellent transparency. Possible to check the inside of the hose.
- Since the fluoropolymer in the inner layer and the elastomer in the outer layer are firmly adhered to each other, the fluorine layer does not peel off when the fitting is inserted.

Since the SUS wire is wound around the reinforcing layer in a coil shape, the bending radius is smaller than that of E-SJB, and small space piping is possible.
