For leakage repair of welded parts, pin holes, and areas with corrosion cracks in straight pipes.
This repair clamp, developed to quickly respond to unexpected leaks, allows for repairs without stopping the fluid. It is simple, lightweight, and offers excellent workability.

*1. For the standard specification, the material of the bolt is SUS304 for 20 A to 40 A, and SCM435 (chromoly steel/silver color) for 50 A to 600 A. Stainless steel is also available.
*2. For rod-shaped nuts and washers, if the material of the bolt is SCM435, the material is S35C; if the material is SUS304 (XM7), the material is SUS304.
*3. For 700 A only, the material of the metal part is SUS316, and the rubber sleeve is EPDM.

Notes on Installation
- The structure differs depending on the nominal diameter. Please prepare the tools listed below for tightening work.
· C-20 to C-40 / Socket for hex bolt, ratchet wrench
· C-50 to C-300 / Socket for hex socket head cap screw, torque wrench
· C-350 to C-700 / Socket for hex socket head cap screw, torque wrench, cargo tightening belt (included) - When tightening the bolts on this product, please be careful not to overtighten one side, as this may cause damage to the bolts or the main body.
- If the leakage amount is large, tightening to the standard torque value may not stop the leak. In such cases, either reduce the internal pressure or retighten the bolts up to a maximum of twice the standard torque value.
- If the surface of the piping is uneven due to rust, paint, or other deposits, please remove them or smooth the surface with putty or similar materials.
- When temporarily installing this product for steam piping repair, it is dangerous, so be sure to reduce the internal pressure and allow the piping to cool before starting work.
When restoring, please increase the pressure while checking the repair location. If the installation is insufficient, there is a risk of steam blowing out and causing burns. - This product is for emergency repairs. In addition, the service life varies depending on usage conditions and environment.
- If the product is reused, be sure to select chromate-plated bolt specifications for anti-seize purposes.
For 20 A to 40 A, only the stainless steel bolt specification is available, but by applying an appropriate amount of grease to the head and thread section of the bolt, seizing can be reduced.
