Relationship Between Operating Temperature and Maximum Operating Pressure
The maximum operating pressure varies depending on the operating temperature (atmospheric temperature). When using at temperatures other than room temperature, be sure to refer to the maximum operating pressure change rate shown in the graph on the right and use within that value.

When using the product in a clean environment, pay attention to the decrease in clean level.

- When using water as a fluid, certain types of additives may cause the tube to deteriorate.
- When using water as a fluid, keep the surge pressure below the maximum operating pressure. Also, make sure it does not freeze.
