Product Description

[Features]
·A two-fluid fan-shaped nozzle that produces a "fine mist" with an average particle size of 100 microns or less.
·It is a liquid pressurized type that applies a pressure of about 0.1 to 0.3 MPa to the sprayed liquid and has a wide range of flow rate adjustment.
·Three spray angles: 110°, 80°, and 45°.
·A single nozzle can be used for either an even distribution over the entire fan-shaped area, or a distribution that is strong in the center and gradually weakens toward the ends.
[Applications]
·Spraying: Mold release agent, deodorizer, oil, surface treatment agent, corrosion inhibitor, lubricant, honey, insect repellent, urea water, etc.
·Cooling: Molds, gases, steel plates, steel pieces, castings, car bodies, painted materials, sheet glass, plastics, etc.
·Humidity control: Paper, waste gas, ceramics, concrete, etc.
·Washing: Precision circuit boards, glass tubes, etc.
