No need of power supply, not movable, simple structure.

[Features]
· Wet compressed air from the inlet of the membrane air dryer is distributed to the innumerable hollow fibers, the water vapor formed in the process passes through the hollow fiber membrane and then vented to the atmosphere, and dry air is supplied to the outlet.
· Very simple structure with no movable parts.
· Spot dehumidification of the factory piping terminal: Requiring no electricity, using very little space, the membrane air dryer which only needs to be incorporated in the middle of the pipe is optimal.
· Combine it with a refrigerated air dryer to achieve low dew-point: A low dew-point can be achieved at a low cost by combining a refrigerated air dryer with the membrane air dryer which could be done earlier only with the expensive adsorption air dryer.
· Can be used in difficult conditions: Membrane air dryer unlike the general air dryers which do not function in unsuitable conditions including excessive dust, high ambient temperature, explosion protected areas, and outdoors can be used by the standard specifications under any condition.
· Condensate drain and protective filter for eliminating water and oil are installed in the inlet side of the membrane air dryer. No maintenance of the membrane air dryer is required if the filter is maintained regularly.
· The discharged moisture is vaporized and removed, and so there is no waste requiring to be treated.
· Housing is lightweight as it is made of ABS polymer and aluminum.
· Does not require much space. Just incorporate in the pipe.
· No need of electricity.
· Can be used at high temperatures upto 66°C.
· Can be used in areas which need to be explosion proof.
