Relief Valve AL-68-97 Series for Hot water Equipment

Relief Valve AL-68-97 Series for Hot water Equipment

This product is mainly mounted to piping as a relief valve for a hot water heat exchanger (hot water boiler, electric water heater, etc.) with an operating pressure of 100 kPa or lower, and if an abnormal pressure increase occurs in the conduit, the product is used to automatically drain water to ensure equipment safety within the system.

· A diaphragm with a large effective pressure-bearing area is used on the pressure-bearing part, so sensitive operation is achieved with a high amount of blowout during initial operation and low blow-down pressure.
· The structure corresponds to a breather so accidents involving devices, piping, etc. due to negative pressure are prevented.
· Thanks to the hand lever, actuation, level checking and drainage from the whole system are easily performed.
· Synthetic rubber with a high heat and water resistance is used in the diaphragm, providing excellent durability.
