Product Description
Air-operated rotary table.
[Features]
· The rack & pinion structure provides stable motion and high accuracy.
· Twin rods deliver double the output.
· Improved table processing accuracy makes workpiece mounting easier.
· The center of the table is hollowed out, making wiring and piping convenient.
· Fixing pin holes are provided on both sides of the main body, allowing for mounting and use.
· You can choose between rubber cushions and shock absorbers for cushioning. The maximum cushion energy of the shock absorber is 3 to 5 times greater than that of the screw-adjusted fixing cushion, providing higher effectiveness.

Usage Example
Mounting and Usage
1. Swing Direction and Angle Adjustment
1.1. Swing Direction

A) Based on the positioning pin of the rotary table, as shown in the figure above, the maximum swing angle is 190°.
B) When pressure is applied to the AJ port, the table rotates clockwise; when pressure is applied to the B port, the table rotates counterclockwise.
1.2. Angle Adjustment Example (Calculation Example: Oscillation Angle 90°)

Adjust adjustment screw B

Adjust adjustment screw A

Adjust adjustment screws A and B simultaneously
| Part number | Rotating Table Angle Adjustment / One Rotation |
| (Adjust the screw or shock absorber) | |
| HRQ10 | 10.2° |
| HRQ20 | 6.5° |
2. When the product is shipped from the factory, the oscillation angle is set to the maximum. If you adjust it beyond this range, performance may decrease, so please be careful.
3. If the product is operated with kinetic energy exceeding the allowable value, it may become damaged and unusable. Please ensure that the kinetic energy does not exceed the allowable value.
4. As this product is lubrication-free, do not apply any lubrication.
5. The HRQ series is equipped with either a rubber cushion or a shock absorber, so please ensure the operating pressure is at least 0.1 MPa.
6. Please follow the tightening torque values for the shock absorber fixing nut as shown in the table below.
| Shock absorber specifications | Tightening torque of fixing nut (N⋅m) |
| M10 | 3.5 |
| M12 | 8 |
| M14 | 11 |
| M20 | 24 |
| M27 | 63 |
7. Do not turn the screw at the end of the shock absorber under any circumstances. It may cause leakage.
8. The shock absorber is a consumable part. If a decrease in energy absorption capacity is observed, replacement is required. The HRQ series shock absorber has a different structure from general shock absorbers and can be used even if there is residual pressure inside the cylinder, so do not install general products.
| Rotating Series Specifications | Shock absorber specifications |
| HRQ10 | ACA1006-A |
| HRQ20 | ACA1215-A |
9. Adjust the table run-out and parallelism strictly in accordance with the requirements in the table below.

| Items | Specific Requirements (mm) | Relative Reference Plane |
| Parallelism of Table Surface | 0.1 | A |
| Table Surface Run-out | 0.1 | A |
| Cylindrical surface run-out of the table | 0.1 | B |
