Product name: General-purpose non-asbestos joint sheet
Ideal as a general-purpose gasket for pipe flanges in utility lines such as water and oil, as well as for various types of industrial equipment.
Suitability for water supply equipment has been confirmed based on JIS S 3200-7.
Various industrial pipe flanges for petroleum refining, chemical, marine applications, valve bonnets, and joints for various equipment.

Compatible fluid: water, seawater, hot water, steam, crude oil, alcohol, animal and vegetable oils, heating medium oils, general solvents, weak acids, weak alkalis, air, nitrogen gas, inert gas, exhaust gas, etc.
Unsuitable fluids: strong acids, strong alkalis, various solvents, flammable, oxidizing, and toxic gas, etc.

Compared to 6500, it has excellent heat resistance. Compatible with a wide range of applications.
Composed of the minimum required amount of organic fiber, and heat resistant synthetic inorganic fiber and carbon fiber.
Thanks to its special structure, the surface of the sheet is smooth and the interior is highly dense, providing excellent sealing performance.

Product name: Vulcalon gasket
A gasket containing inorganic fillers to improve the cold flow (creep phenomenon), which is a weakness of PTFE.
Combines heat resistant, chemical resistant, and anti-cold flow properties, making it ideal as a gasket for lines handling various chemicals (such as highly concentrated hot sulfuric acid and hot nitric acid).
Not suitable for high concentration alkalis such as sodium hydroxide, hydrofluoric acid, polymerized monomers, etc.
Compliant with the Food Sanitation Act of Japan, Standard for Foods and Additives.
