Product Specification
Inside the valve body, a spherical valve disc with a hole rotates around the valve stem to open and close the flow path.
There are 2 types of valve discs: a full sphere and a half sphere.
Since the flow path is straight, it has the advantage of low fluid resistance when fully open.

Usage Example
1) The disc (ball) is spherical, and the valve seat of the main body incorporates a soft seat to create a structure similar to that of a stopcock.
2) If the opening/closing operation is of the lever handle type, the fluid can be stopped or flowed by rotating the lever handle 90 degrees. As the size increases, a large amount of force is required to open and close it, so it is operated by a gear handle.
3) The mechanical and physical properties of the soft seat material provide excellent airtightness, but there are restrictions on its use in high-temperature areas. This general soft seat is suitable for "on-off action" that is used to open or close. Due to the structure and material of the valve, it is not suitable for use at intermediate openings.
