- * This product is used for fastening in particularly important parts.
- * Please strictly observe the following items when using.
Precautions
- * Use a lubricant if there is a risk of seizure or galling, etc., during screwing and unscrewing.
- * It cannot be screwed in from the friction ring side.
- * If the friction ring or clamp is deformed abnormally, etc., discontinue use.
- * Please contact the manufacturer in advance when using under harsh conditions or with low axial force.
- * Make sure that the male thread section is at least 2 pitches from the friction ring for full functionality.
- * The perpendicularity of the flange of the size chart is limited to when tightened with approx. twice or more the prevailing torque.
- * High-speed rotating impact wrench cannot be used.
- * For the shaft, thread precision of 4h (ISO standard) is recommended. For the shaft, chamfer the tip of the thread section. (C = 1 pitch equivalent) Please use without burrs on the chamfered part and thread section of the shaft.
- * It cannot be used if the thread section of the shaft is machined (keyway, etc.).
