Indicates the repeatability when the workpiece is stationary and does not represent distance accuracy.
In strong electromagnetic fields, the performance of the resolution may not be satisfactory.
*2. Linearity indicates the error relative to the ideal straight line of the displacement output when measuring the Omron standard detected object.
Depending on the object, the linearity and measurement values may vary.
*3. The ambient temperature applies only to the sensor head. The operating temperature range for the preamplifier section is -10 to +60°C.
